Deadline for abstract submissions: May 24, 2021
Presentations and Posters
All abstract presentations will be made in either poster or oral presentation format. Abstract authors are asked to indicate a preference for poster versus oral presentation but conference organizers will assign the final format. Abstract submissions are due by May 24, 2021.
Students are offered the opportunity to participate in our annual Student Poster Contest. This contest is offered only to currently enrolled students. Any student may enter by submitting an abstract here.
Special Sessions
Special sessions should NOT replicate existing ACLCA 2021 session formats (i.e., paper presentations and poster sessions). Within these constraints, the form is yours to design. Special Session submission comprises (usually up to) 3 or 4 speakers and a moderator. These sessions are more interactive than abstract presentations and can take on a number of formats including, but not limited to experts' discussion plus Audience Q&A; a rapid-fire sequence of five-minute talks, or a hands-on demo.

Proceedings
Accepted abstracts may be published in the ACLCA 2021 Conference Paper Proceedings. For those who chose to submit papers, all will undergo a review process and must meet the specified guidelines. Papers are due September 27, 2021.
